What is a Coach?
A coach oversees the simulation and guides participants throughout the week. They are on hand to answer any questions or queries about the simulation.
Coaches will arrive early each day to welcome the participants, and they will deliver updates each day. These updates will explain: changes in the markets, new challenges, and market share.
They will collect the decision sheets from each team at the end of each session. They will input this data into the company portal, which will calculate the revenue for each team.
Using the company guidelines, they will assess the effort of each participant, which will determine the level for each participant on their certificate. They will announce the winners at the end of the week.
