Our participants — students and graduates aged 16–25 — are at the heart of the ENT community. Through immersive 5-day programs, they learn to collaborate, think critically, and make decisions that mirror real-world challenges.
We work closely with schools, colleges, and universities across the UK to deliver impactful learning experiences. Our partnerships give students access to industry-relevant simulations that prepare them for academic and professional success.
ENT Coaches are university students and graduates who guide participants through each program. Coaching is an opportunity to lead, inspire, and develop your own professional skills — all while making a difference in others’ lives.
