We employ University Students as Coaches, offering flexible work that fits around studies and builds skills that employers value. This helps strengthen student CVs and supports higher graduate employment rates for universities.
Participants gain practical experience they can mention in university or job applications. They also build connections with their student coach and fellow participants. Those who progress to university can return as Coaches, giving them insight from both sides of the programme.
